STMB Consulting LLC is a women-owned, black-owned small business accounting firm founded in 2020 and headquartered in Tampa, FL. 

We work remotely with small businesses located in the U.S. and provide financial accounting and business coaching and consultation to our clients. 

Our clients understand the value of bookkeeping and accounting, but choose to focus on their craft while outsourcing their company's financial accounting needs to our firm. 

We consider ourselves an integral part of our client's dream team by providing valuable insight needed to make decisions to grow their small business.

STMB Consulting was founded on the belief that we all here to be of service, not only to our clients, but to mother earth.

When it comes to our clients, we take the time to build trust and mutual respect with so they feel confident knowing they have a team in their corner who they can depend on. 

When it comes to mother earth, we consciously make decisions to minimize our ecological footprint.

Here are some practices we've already implemented:

1. We securely keep electronic files in order to completely eliminate physical paperwork & printer ink.

2. Our team members work remotely from home to reduce the need for both client and team members to commute, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

3. Our team members have adapted a predominantly plant based vegan diet in order to reduce demand for animal products that lead to pollution of water, air and soil.

STMB Consulting LLC is on a mission to extend services to small business owners all around the United States whose beliefs align with our own, as well as clients who support our efforts to minimize our impact negative impact on the environment. 

We hope to inspire other small business owners to be conscious of their own relationship with mother earth and to learn about other areas we can all improve on.

In addition to reducing our ecological footprint, we aim to support other companies and foundations who actively work to increase the health of our planet.
